This two-story charmer may be used as a cottage,
garage with apartment, workshop, office or storage building.
Our Eagle Ridge model is a two-story multi-purpose building with stairs that makes a great garage, workshop, cabin, guest house or storage building. The first floor ceiling height is a full 8', so no feeling cramped! There are numerous options available including: a choice of sidings, a variety of roof color choices, windows, entrance doors, garage doors, wider stairs, exterior stairs, dormers, partitions, lean-to, porch or deck.

Eagle Ridge Garage Key Benefits:
- On-site construction, included.
- Includes
a 4" monolithic concrete slab.
- Pressure treated bottom plate to protect wood
from concrete slab.
- Studs: Number 2 white wood spaced
on 16" centers.
- Building is wrapped in 7/16" OSB , the industry standard, for structural soundness prior
to attaching either Hardiplank or optional vinyl siding.
- Two
Story: Commercial I-Joists,
3/4" tongue and groove flooring.
- Dormers: 2 each 60" dormers.
- Stairs: Choice
of either 36" standard stairs with landing or exterior
pressure treated stairs; the latter includes
a 36"x36" top landing and a 36" six panel
steel door with 9 lites. Specs: 2"x10" steps,
2"x4" handrail, 2"x2" safety rungs. Upgrade 42" or 48"
stairs.
- Ceiling Rafters: 2"x8"
rafters on 16" centers. Number 2 white wood.
- Exterior Siding: Your choice of
Hardiplank lap siding or Georgia Pacific's 5/8" T1-11
exterior plywood siding (unprimed) or Vinyl.
- Shingle roofing: 7/16" 4'x8' sheets
of OSB, the industry-standard.
- Shingles: Owen-Corning Classic shingles,
